Durban is the next destination of the 1Space artists. After the labs of Ramallah, Kinshasa and Lisbon, it is time to make some concrete proposals. Its is also time to meet Faustin Linyekula again; this time along with Boyzie Cekwana, in the framework of another project, Press: Reset, aimed at young african artists.
How do we create? How does art relate to life? Fourteen emerging artists take part of the 1Space project for several months. Together they explore a deeper mutual insight of their artistic practices and the possibilities and limitations of their specific working environments.
