With honour and pleasure we would like to invite you to the opening of the 20th Exodos Festival, which is once again placing Ljubljana at the crossroads of contemporary performing arts from around the world.
On Wednesday, 19 April, We shall first meet at the Old Power Plant – Elektro Ljubljana, Slomškova Street 18, Ljubljana. At 6 p.m. we shall start a discussion EXODOS-The First 20 Years about the beginnings, developments and changes of contexts, which will be moderated by Jedrt Jež Furlan. At 8 p.m. we shall see the premiere of The Cradle dance show by Slovene choreographer Gregor Luštek. This is the first project of the C-CEEC Dance Union, co-produced by partners from China and Central and Eastern European countries. At 10 p.m. we shall continue in the Španski Borci Cultural Centre, Zaloška Road 61, Ljubljana, with Let’s Talk about Sex: The Beginning of War, a show by Chuma Sopotela (South Africa) and Ahmed Tobasi (Palestine).
